    With the thickest stems of the Coral family, the most leaves and the largest buds, Paeonia Coral Sunset is the most popular variety.

    It is renowned for its colour transformation through maturity. Beginning with watermelon pink it then adjusts to ripe apricot before paling to a paper yellow.

  • Care

    These lovely roots need to be planted in a sunny position, where they catch the sun for the majority of the day. Avoid planting them under trees and ensure they are at least 2 ft from a wall. If planting multiple roots, plant them at least 3 ft apart to ensure good airflow.

    Dig a hole that is 8 inches deep by 1 ft round and place the root with the eyes facing up, 1 inch below the surface. Add soil and water generously. Avoid using mulch as it encourages bacteria.
